The Leadership Team

Ken Muir – President and Founder

After gaining significant sales, sales management and corporate training experience with Xerox, Ken established a training and human resource consultancy in 1979.  This led him to identify the need for a business-related personnel assessment instrument that would be efficient and economical. In 1989, Ken recruited Dr. David Bartram of Hull University in England to design what has become recognized worldwide as the Prevue Assessments and is used by over 1,000 companies in 8 different languages with over 4,000,000 people tested to date.

Ken spends much of his day talking to old and new clients and is actively involved at the strategic management level.

Ken is an avid golfer and relentless story-teller known for entertaining large groups of people for hours on end.

Kenneth J. Danderfer – Chief Operating officer

Prior to coming to Prevue in 2002, Ken enjoyed a successful career in Corporate Law where he grew from being a partner in a large firm to founding his own successful practice.  Ken sits on the board of several companies and continues to be sought out for his counsel by members of the local business community.

After joining Prevue Ken restructured all key relationships and negotiated the acquisitions of several HR consulting firms.

Ken has spent the better part of the last 12 years immersed in the world of psychometrics and oversees the company’s product development and large scale client studies.

As a practicing lawyer Ken acts as in-house counsel for Prevue HR Systems and is a major contributor at the strategic management level.

Ken is by far the best golfer amongst the senior management team and has done his best to improve Michael’s game.

Michael Campanella – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Michael joined Prevue in 2007 and brought with him over 10 years of senior sales and marketing experience earned in the software development and telecommunications industries.  Michael has spent the majority of his time developing Prevue’s web strategies and future product roadmap.  Believing that one must sell a product to know how to market it, Michael has been very active in developing new marquee clients and strategic reseller alliances.

Michael is very active in the HR Industry studying trends and determining future needs.  He has championed the new corporate direction to integrate existing and new products towards delivering a premier Hiring System to small and medium sized companies.

Despite being a fitness enthusiast Mike is by far the worst golfer amongst the senior management team.  He admits that he watches way too many movies and takes pride in telling funny (clean) jokes.
