Prevue Abilities test:
- Commonly referred to as a measure of one’s learning speed, General Mental Abilities is the number one indicator of a candidate’s ability to be successful in a particular job. Aligning an individual’s strengths in numerical, verbal or spatial reasoning with the required abilities for a particular job is vital in making a good hiring decision.
Prevue Interest Inventory:
- Whereas Abilities is the number predictor of an individual’s ability to be successful in a job, how does a company determine if someone is motivated and interested in doing the required tasks? Many companies are frustrated by individuals who are more than capable of doing a job but show no interest once hired. This job aptitude testing helps avoid hiring those individuals who are simply looking for a work.
Prevue Personality Inventory:
- Personality is the biggest factor in evaluating Job fit. This measure will determine if an individual is a good personality match for the required tasks of a particular job. This will predict an individual’s long term satisfaction and job productivity.
