Employee Assessments
Prevue employee assessments are valid and reliable employment tests developed by Dr. David Bartram and Dr. Patricia Lindley and designed to assist companies in three areas: increasing their hiring success rate, enhancing their development of existing employees, and planning for the future.
Three Employee Job Fit Assessments make up the Prevue Assessments suite:
- Prevue Employee Abilities Assessment: General mental ability provides a measure of an individual’s learning speed. It is the single best predictor of job performance. Matching an individual’s strength in numerical, verbal or spatial reasoning to those required in a particular job is vital to making a good hiring decision.
- Prevue Employee Interest Assessment: How does a company determine if an Individual is motivated and interested in performing the tasks or types of work required in a particular job? Many companies are frustrated with individuals who have the skills and knowledge to do a job but show little or no interest in performing well once hired. The Prevue Interest Inventory matches a person’s interests to the types of tasks the individual will need to address in a particular job.
- Prevue Employee Personality Assessment: Personality is a major factor in evaluating job fit. The Prevue Personality Inventory determines if an individual is a good personality match for the requirements or demands of a particular job. It is a predictor of an individual’s long term job satisfaction and productivity. The Prevue Personality Inventory measures an individual’s inherent personality traits and matches the individual’s traits to that have proven to be effective in a particular job.
