What is the Process?
Step 1: Site development: Prevue develops your site within 48 hours
Once you decide to move forward the team at Prevue will build a branded Company career site for you within 48 hours. Once completed, your Prevue Consultant will review the look and feel with you to gain sign off.
Step 2: Job Posting Review and setup
Once sign off is achieved the Prevue Consultant will assist and train you to post your current job openings. As part of this setup your Prevue Consultant will advise on the online application setup, Job Ads, screening questions and their scoring logic, Job Fit Testing and anything else that you need assistance in to launch a successful online recruiting campaign.
Step 3: Reach Consultation
As a final stage to the setup a Prevue Reach Consultant will work with you to determine how to get your job postings the greatest amount of online reach.
This involves determining how often job postings should be refreshed to maintain presence in the job boards , which job Free jobs boards are best utilized, which pay boards should be considered.
A Prevue reach consultant will also work with you to push to your company Facebook page, Linked In or Twitter accounts. If you are not using social media a Prevue Reach Consultant will advise on how to get started and/or how to leverage your staffs’ social media activities to gain better reach for your job postings.
