    The Prevue APS Pro allows you to attach company and job specific questions to the online job application process. These questions can be multiple choice, drop down, Yes/ No, checklist and paragraph style responses. Other than questions that require paragraph responses the Prevue APS Pro allows you to set scores against how an applicant answers the screening questions. This scoring enables the system to screen candidates as Qualified or Disqualified and then organize a target list for you that starts with the most qualified candidates at the top of the list.

    Note: It’s important to appreciate that the Prevue APS Pro organizes candidates based on how they answer screening questions versus a knock out system. All applicants have the exact same experience when applying online and all data is captured. This allows companies to reconsider previously disqualified candidates without having to re-invite them to apply.

  • Job Fit Testing Technology

    Prevue APS is designed to sync with any PrevueOnline account. This allows you to attach a Prevue Job Fit Benchmark to any Job Posting and include Job Fit Testing as part of the online application.

    When an applicant completes the first part of the online application the system asks them to complete a Prevue Assessment. Applicants have the option to complete the Prevue Assessments as the last step of the online application or at a later date of their choice.

    As soon as the applicant completes the Prevue Assessments their results are compared to the job fit benchmark for the position and the Prevue Job Fit suitability score together with Selection Report are made available through the Dashboard.

    The addition of Prevue Job Fit Testing technology provides employers with a product that is proven to increase a company’s hiring success rate. For over 15 years companies all over the world have been successfully using Prevue Job Fit testing technology.

    Job Fit testing is an option that can be turned either for all job postings or for selected Job Posting.
