Psychometric Testing
When you are hiring people, traits such as personality, intelligence, attitude, and beliefs are important characteristics to measure and assess. One way to gather this information is through psychometric testing.
Prevue’s psychometric assessments are proven to assist companies in hiring and developing productive employees. Three areas are involved in Prevue’s psychometric screening process: General abilities, Motivation and Interests and overall Personality. An individual’s scores are mapped against a job profile (benchmark) for determining suitability. Once a job candidate completes one of Prevue psychometric tests, the company will receive hiring reports to conduct interviews and determine the individual's job fit.
