Today, we are very pleased to announce that we have significantly expanded our offering to include the world’s most comprehensive library of job fit benchmarks. This facility, called the Prevue Benchmark Library, is the culmination of almost a decade’s work that enhances our flagship product, the Prevue Assessments. This is a significant scientific achievement for Prevue HR Systems.

The key differentiator of Prevue Assessments is the ability to compare a snapshot of the whole-person using assessments of occupational interests and motivations, cognitive abilities and personality traits – against a verified Prevue Benchmark for a particular position.
The foundation of the Job Benchmark Library is the O*NET Occupational Content Model and the O*NET-SOC Occupational Taxonomy developed and maintained by the US Department of Labor. That foundation provides Benchmarks for 13,000+ job titles that are related to the 1000+ occupations in the O*NET-SOC Taxonomy.

A Prevue Benchmark is the profile of a top-performer for a specified job. It identifies the required cognitive abilities, occupational interests/motivation and personality profile for top performance in that job.
Why use Prevue Benchmark?
