Another major initiative is a significant expansion of our benchmark library. Thanks to customer feedback and the expertise of our I/O psychologists, we’ve nearly doubled our benchmark offerings. This means even more positions will be covered, spanning all departments and industries. From universal roles like customer service representatives to highly specialized industry-specific jobs, our expanded library ensures there’s a benchmark to meet every hiring need.
